Not only did she hire an excellent photographer who used both his camera and a drone, but she was there to supervise him and even called him back to make changes—the pictures were outstanding! We had two open houses and she directed me on how to best present the house, and when I had to travel to Florida, she personally managed and attended the showings. When she felt unhappy with a decision, she quickly communicated her feelings to me and implemented a new course of action.

Once we had a buyer, Ms. Briante arranged and attended the visits by the buyer’s home inspector, the mortgage appraiser, and the town’s building inspector.
As we approached closing, she intervened with scheduling problems involving the buyer’s attorney and a delay in the issuance of the town’s certificate of occupancy by the building inspector. Her long relationships with town officials and her excellent reputation were key to having the matter resolved in one day. The house closed on time. I couldn’t have done that my myself while also getting a sale price $65,000 above the original goal I set when I first decided to sell the house. Buying and selling a house is a major life decision.
