Angela Briante is the Broker and Owner of Briante Realty Group, LLC, an independent woman-owned Real Estate Brokerage.  Briante Realty Group, LLC opened its doors in humble beginings on the lower level of Carmel Bagel in 2010.  Since then the office has grown 20 Agents and its' "headquarters" is now located on Fair Street next to the Carmel High School and across from the Post Office.   

Angela has worked in the real estate industry for 29 years and during that time remained very active in the community.  Angela has served as the Executive Vice President of the Putnam County Economic Development Corporation, was a Committee Member of the St. James the Apostle Finance Council, and for 29 years, is one of the Chairs of the Hamlet of Carmel Chowder Festival & Holiday on the Lake Parade.  Angela is also a proud Rotarian, following the motto "Service over Self".  Angela is a member of the Italian American Club of Mahopac, several local Chambers of Commerce in the region, as well as many local and national Real Estate Associations.  Angela is also a panel member of the Professional Standards Board at the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.

Prior to being in Real Estate, Ms. Briante held Management positions at Grolier Enterprises Inc. (currently Scholastic Inc.) and the prior 5 years held key management roles at Mitsubishi International Corp. in the International Commodities and Consumer Product Division.  Angela is married with two grown children.  She enjoys hiking, golfing and spending time with family and friends.

With over 25 years of experience, Lana Cappelli is a native New Yorker who has called Putnam her home since 1985.  She has managed to embark on two rewarding and fulfilling careers.  She has served the public as an official in the Kent Town Clerk’s office and as an Associate Broker assisting in the home buying and selling process.  Lana specializes in problem solving, education and knowledge of the local real estate market her business is built on honesty, communication, dedication and transparency using her positive attitude and energy to help others. Debra believes she was destined to become a real estate agent! Her career began as an office manager in a small private accounting firm in Manhattan whose clients were primarily residential and commercial real estate owners. The accounting side of property management as a bookkeeper sparked her interest in real estate. Today she is a full-time real estate salesperson offering valuable years of experience.

Having grown up in Queens, she and her husband moved to Carmel in Putnam County where they made their home and raised their daughter. Over the years she has enjoyed volunteering at the local schools and getting involved in community events. She is a member of the Ladies Auxiliary helping to raise money for worthy causes and families in need within our community. Living here for more than 25 years, Debra loves being able to share her knowledge of our town and its surrounding area with newcomers.
